“As administrator and technical manager of the e-commerce marketplace platform, I have been interacting with Share Vision staff and services since March 2023.

I requested a quote for their call center services and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by phone immediately for further details of the project. I received the offer the same day and within a week after the request for tender, Share Vision operators were already taking all the calls from our clients.

The share Vision team has managed in a very short time to adapt and respond to all the particular requirements of our activity as well as the technical and logistical ones.

They found quick solutions in terms of the number of operators needed, dedicated supervisor, personal training and technical support to adapt to the technical solutions we were already using.

Although they were in their first month, Share Vision operators were able to generate a 10-15% increase in sales compared to the former call center service that had 2-3 years of experience.

Initially, the working hours we requested were 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, and later increased to 10 hours per day Monday through Sunday. The change was made following performance testing which was easily managed by the Share Vision team.

The initial staff training was conducted in a joint session at Share Vision headquarters.

Interaction with the operators and the team manager is done on a dedicated project group, where any problems or exceptional situations that arise during the work program are reported efficiently and quickly. To date, there has not been a single situation that could not be addressed and resolved in the shortest possible time.

On a monthly basis I receive a centralized report of the call center’s activity where the number of recorded calls, the reason for the call, performance indicators, resources used, etc. can be analyzed.
