Contracts for services

We provide call-center services with human operators for companies in Romania, based on service provision contracts subject to the Romanian laws applicable in the matter.

Contracts shall be concluded with each individual user-beneficiary and shall contain specific agreements, information notes and clauses, including on the processing of personal data, processed in and through the contract or negotiated acts. Withdrawal of the party from the contract is only possible on the basis of the contractual clauses assumed in that contract.

When, in the contractual relationship, we have the status of proxy of the user – beneficiary of the call-center services, our terms and conditions will be negotiated taking into consideration the terms and conditions of the user, which are mandatory to be included in the contract. Where these are not available, we will be guided by the law and our own data protection policies.
